First off, you got peeps pretending to be Dream from the Dream SMP in Minecraft. I saw some stuff about folks trolling Dream stans, which, okay, I guess some people find that funny? I dunno, feels kinda… mean? But hey, who am I to judge, right? People are weird.
Then there’s “The-Fake-Dream” on DeviantArt. I haven’t actually *looked* at their art, but the description just says “Check out The-Fake-Dream’s art on DeviantArt. Browse the user profile and get inspired.” Which is pretty… neutral, I guess? Could be anything! Maybe they’re amazing, maybe they draw stick figures. The mystery!
And then things get even *more* confusing. There’s Daquavis and his “Fake Dream Show!” thing. Which, apparently, is something to do with K-Pop group NCT Dream and their concert. I’m already lost, tbh. Like, what does Daquavis have to do with it? Is it a parody? A tribute? My brain is starting to hurt.
But *wait*, there’s more! There’s also a “Dream” who makes music. And someone mentioned Hélène Rollès. Which, okay, I *think* is a French singer? But how does she fit into all this? Is *she* the fake dream? Or is she somehow related to the *real* Dream? This is getting seriously convoluted.
And THEN, we get to this SawanoHiroyuki[nZk]:Laco “FAKEit” music video thingy. Which, okay, it’s probably just a cool song, but the name “FAKEit” just adds to the whole “is anything real anymore?” vibe of this whole “Fake Dream” phenomenon.
And finally, the pièce de résistance: “TheFakeDream-Hélène.” Apparently, she’s on Twitter. And, according to your prompt, there’s this mystery YouTube link: “www.youtube.com/watch?v=osfvxzz5ock” which, like, I’m too scared to actually click on. What is it? A rickroll? A declaration of war? A cat video? I just don’t know!
