But, like, the RealReal is doing this *thing*, which is kinda genius. They’ve got this pop-up shop… on Canal Street… selling *fake* bags. I KNOW. The irony is… well, it’s thick enough to spread on toast. Apparently, it’s all about drawing attention to the counterfeit industry. Which, yeah, is a problem. But like, isn’t RealReal also a problem? Like, aren’t they also kinda about the “luxury” thing, which… makes it all kinda weird.

I saw something about them taking fake bags too? In exchange for… something? I dunno, maybe store credit? I didn’t really pay that much attention to it, not gonna lie. It looks like the dates are June 22, July 20 and August 17. I might honestly bring in the, uh, *questionable* Louis Vuitton I got, like, ten years ago. It’s got this weird stitching and the zipper always gets stuck. Plus, it’s from Canal Street, so its fate should be… Canal Street. I’m not even sure it’s still around, it might be in some landfill somewhere by now if I’m being honest.

And then there’s the whole “superfake” thing. Like, apparently, there are levels to this game? I thought fake was fake. Superfake sounds… almost impressive? It makes me feel like I’m being cheated by the fakes I got back then. I feel like someone is going to make bank just by selling fake fakes now.
